Coming from Emby?
Use the same username you had on Emby. Renata will automatically detect the matching account and begin importing supported watch history, favorites, and resume progress into Jellyfin.

It doesn't actually work... I may have exaggerated a little. 😞
That feature never quite made it across the finish line. I genuinely tried. I fought with databases, APIs, exports, imports, and probably my own sanity. I spent far too many hours trying to make it happen and gave it everything I had, but in the end I just couldn't find a reliable way to make it work.
I'm not a software developer—just someone who got a little too bored one day and somehow ended up building all of this.
So, my sincere apologies... but maybe it's not all bad. Think of it as the start of a brand-new watch history.
At least now nobody can judge your questionable binge-watching habits. 👀
